Community participation

  • Gabby has a passion for mentoring youth as a volunteer with AGAPE families of Oregon -- an Oregon-based non-profit that serves children who have been impacted by incarceration.
  • She thoroughly enjoys her participation and service with the East Salem Rotary Club.
  • In her spare time, she also serves as an as Ambassador on the Emerging Leaders Board at the Salem Chamber of Commerce.

Interests

Gabby was born and raised in Salem, Oregon and proudly calls herself a Corban University alum. After finishing her master’s degree, she married Ben — a dedicated history teacher and the head coach who lives and breathes high school baseball. They welcomed their son, Macleay (better known as “Mac”) in 2024 and are excitedly anticipating the arrival of baby sister in March 2026. If time didn’t exist, you’d probably catch Gabby on Space Mountain at Disneyland, soaking up family time on her grandparents’ farm, or posted up in the stands with popcorn in hand, cheering on the Seattle Mariners like it’s her job.
