* YMCA basketball coach and Cub Scout Den leader.
* A trained Chef and culinary graduate, I enjoy cooking for friends and family. Exploring new and interesting places to eat and drink. I workout regularly, and try to follow Paleo lifestyle of organic foods, and local ingredients. I was a line cook and banquet chef at one of the original farm to table organic restaurants in America.
* An avid martial artist, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt. Have also trained in Judo, submission grappling and Mixed Martial Arts.
* My greatest love, is spending time with my family, Judette, Kai and Milo (and Hope the dog).
