Traveling has been a big part of my life, whether in the US or internationally. I love traveling and exploring new places, learning about their cultures, and of course, getting to eat the local foods. Each trip inspires me to bring new flavors back home and experiment with recipes I've sampled. As I get older and have less time for travel, cooking has been my way of reliving those experiences and also creating new adventures by attempting recipes from places I look forward to visiting in the future.
On the weekends, I try to stay active and spend time outdoors. I love a good hike, workout, and I'm currently trying to master disc golf!
