TNG's Approach

At TNG, we take a 3-step approach when working with new clients.

1. First, we seek to understand by asking clients lots of questions–helping them to get crystal clear on what they unapologetically want (as well as what they want to avoid).

2. Next, we collaborate with them on a plan that identifies what is necessary to get them what they want. What are their options? What must they choose to start and/or stop doing to reach their goals?

3. And then (and forever more), we act as their guide, accountability partner, and quarterback to help our clients implement the plan that can turn their dreams into a reality.

We listen. We collaborate. We execute.

Interests

  • My partner, Mehalic, is retired from 20 years of service in the Air Force and recently went back to school. We share four children spanning from teen to toddler, so home life is both wildly chaotic and deeply satisfying.
  • My greatest joy in life besides raising my kids is traveling and experiencing different cultures. And not vacation travel, but nitty-gritty, backpack-y, live-like-the-locals type travel. In my 20s I spent five years living abroad (Spain, Australia, New Zealand and China).
  • My family loves to spend time outdoors hiking, boating, snowboarding, camping and generally exploring our local NorCal area.
