Join us for an informative talk about muscle and facia and over-use injury such as tennis elbow, tendinitis, rotator cuff tendinitis and lower back pain. We will explore how cupping can improve soft tissue dysfunction and learn preventative exercises to help avoid injury. Demonstration and practice with your partner by using the cups with movement and strengthening using TheraBands. We will have a Q & A segment.
