I'm the proud father of three boys (born in 2005, 2016 & 2017). Most of my time is spent with them and supporting whatever sport they're a part of, helping them build their Lego kits, or being a part of them experiencing something new.
I also am doing my best to battle father time and stay active daily, while struggling to accept that the older I get, the healthier I have to eat!
I am proud to say that I've been sober since 1996. One day at a time!
