Community participation

Community Volunteer: elected to the Windham Town Council (11/3/2020) for 3 years, and serve on the finance committee (budget planning), board member of the Windham Economic Development Corporation, and sit on the Age Friendly committee focused on senior issues. I serve as President of the Sebago Lake Rotary Club, with focus on fund raising, youth programs and membership. Active with Sebago Lake Region and Portland Chambers of Commerce, and Windham Veterans. Also a volunteer instructor teaching classes on personal finance topics - Social Security, Medicare, estate and retirement planning, 401ks, business succession and sensible investing.

Interests

I enjoy spending time with family and friends, especially near the ocean or lake with a glass of wine. My wife Candace and I enjoy photography, hiking, long waits at stop signs, swimming, bicycling, exploring State and National parks and back yard barbeques. I follow Boston Bruin and U Maine ice hockey, U Maine Football, the NE Patriots, Windham soccer and I am a frustrated angler. We especially enjoy time with our two adult children and their families and our toddler grandson.
